Awesome Family Photoshoot at Charlestown Harbour with the Fun-Loving Mcmasters

I met up with Ruth, Gareth, Alex and Reilly the dog for a family photoshoot at Charlestown harbour. We agreed to meet at The Longstore for a quick coffee before we explored the UNESCO world heritage site that is Charlestown Harbour. Ruth wanted to get some photographs of them all together before Alex headed off to Uni so we made our way down to the Harbour End to get close to the two resident tall ships, Kajsamoor and Anny. Both these ships are available to rent for small celebration and events. you can even charter Anny for a sail! The Harbour was a great place to start the family photoshoot, With so many films made at Charlestown Harbour, notably Poldark there are a lot of props laid out for us and other visitors to get some fun photographs.

There are 2 beaches on either side of Charlestown Harbour providing us with even more photographic opportunities for the family shoot. There are some stunning cliffs to the east. The 18th-century stone walls of the harbour itself weathered by winter storms. Looking out to sea at the rolling waves coming in from the Atlantic and an island just off the shore on the western beach.

Finally, we ended up at their cosy boutique-style holiday cottage Harbour Lights and had some fun photographing them on the property overlooking the bay. They had a fantastic view from the cottage and its worth checking the website for a peak at the interior.
